Please note there is a minimum waiting period of 3 months for the Visa process to be completed, due to Saudi Arabian regulations.
In the event that Saudi Arabian Authorities reject the visa application of any student, then a refund will be made on all the fees paid, except the non-refundable.
If a student decides not to enroll at the college after the visa is processed, the acceptance letter fee of $500 and the visa fee of $3500 will not be refunded.
It is the responsibility of the student to make sure that all the required documents and certificates are Attested/Authenticated by the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Education, Ministry of External Affairs, and Saudi Embassy before submission.
After the receipt of the Visa, it is the responsibility of the student to follow up on the process and fulfill all the requirements needed by the Saudi Embassy in Nigeria.
Before departure from Nigeria, all students must conduct a comprehensive medical test for hepatitis A/B/C from an authorized/authenticated laboratory and bring the test results along with their documents.
The agency will not be responsible if any student, upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, is tested and found positive for hepatitis/HIV. Such students will face the full consequences, including admission termination and subsequent deportation from Saudi Arabia without any fee refund.
Students are also expected to have a full 1-year return airline ticket and to provide for their personal expenses (feeding, reference textbooks, etc.) during their stay.
Upon arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, each student is expected to abide by all the rules and regulations of the school authorities and engage in proper conduct.
The agency will not be responsible for any student who breaches the laws governing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as examination malpractice or social vices. Students will face the full consequences of their actions.
